It’s been too long since we’ve chatted. I do hope you’re doing well. Once again, please find the enclosed requisite items in regard to the adoption agreement between you, Mika Suzuki (the birth mother), and Thomas and Caroline Calvin (the adoptive parents) for Penelope Calvin (the adoptee). Contents include:
An annual letter from the adoptive parents describing the adoptee’s development and yearly progress
Photographs and/or other memorabilia
